Payment must be made by credit card during the Registration process.
Conference registration includes:
- All conference sessions
- Continental breakfasts and refreshments each day
- Lunches each day
- All hospitality events
- Conference material
All shipments must have the supplier invoices attached. The hotel recommends sending your packages with DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Incoming boxes received more than 5 days prior to the program / event will occur a charge for storage at $75.00 per day.
