Brenda Stuart
Brenda Stuart is an attorney-at-law at the Curacao law firm Archer Caribbean and is the President of the Association of Compliance Officers Curaçao (ACCUR), a member of the Caribbean Regional Compliance Association. Brenda holds a masters degree in private law, obtained from the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands). She has gained experience in corporate- and employment law in both the European and Caribbean Netherlands, and in compliance matters in the Caribbean region. At Archer Caribbean, she focuses on offering concrete solutions for companies and organizations in the field of compliance matters and employment- and corporate law. As President of ACCUR, she aims to enhance and deepen compliance knowledge among Curacao’s legal and financial professionals.
